Do you provide help with systems and computer network security?

What are the Technical Support Plans?

In a nutshell, the Technical Support plans are services that ensure the right management of your company’s equipment (computers, servers, firewall, etc.) and its software. Our goal is for your work to remain uninterrupted as we will always be here as the new technologies consultant helping your company maintain its systems updated, protected and safeguarded.

What is a backup server?

A backup server is a dedicated or virtual server which the only purpose is to regularly store your company’s information in a remote secure location with the goal of, in time of crisis, recover it with minimum losses.

The post-disaster recovery period can be crucial, as many business go down the drain with inefficient solutions. In that way, having an elaborated solution adjusted to your company’s needs and expectations is as important as having a backup.

What is your regular response time?

Our response time is contractual and it may diverge from plan to plan. In average, the response time is almost immediate with the Remote Support (less than 1 hour) or in the same day in person.

You business can’t stop and our Technical Support is always here for you. 24/7!

What is the minimum period for a TS contract?

All our contracts have a minimum term of 3 months because only after that period it is possible to evaluate improvements in the quality of your company’s IT.

How much are your travel expenses?

Our travel expenses are included in the specifics of each contract.

How much does a TS contract costs?

We have 3 preconceived Technical Support solutions that may fit your company. You can find them in the price table above. If your company needs it, we will be happy to design a customized solution focused on its needs. The cost of this plan will be calculated according to the coverage and types of support provided.
Once the contract is signed, you may relax and concentrate on your business. We deal with the technology!

And if we already have someone inside the company focused on this matter?

No problem for us! We will adapt our plans to your needs. The solution we provide may vary from a full package to some computer services and/or consulting, safety or remote support.

How can I save some money with the TS contract?

A Technical Support contract with a monthly set fee allows you to manage your IT budget in the way it best fits your company. You may adjust the features you want to use along the way.
